UPDATES: Website Pages Added

So I’ve been busy, putting down a little of my history, interests, etc.

Although I haven’t really updated the blog contents persay, I have been adding pages that can be found in the upper right hand corner of the weblog. Below is a breakdown of the pages:
BIOGRAPHY
Information about my background in writing, theatre, web designing: basically anything and everything artistically related.

BLOGGING
A lot of the work I do at PureDWTS, PureSYTYCD, PureAmericasGotTalent and PureTVNet sometimes would require references and background work… so I will posting a lot of the background information here. Though some of the pages can be found over at the various blogs as well.

BREAKDOWN
A quick cheat sheet of the breakdown of the various posts on the website

ENTERTAINMENT
Anything and everything that I find entertaining from books to music to comics, etc.

FAQ
General information about specific projects that I have been working on.

BEYOND THE ABYSS
I’ve been going through my old website design and posting the various vignettes and stories that are officially shelves in some capacity or I took the time to complete real quickly just to complete the series. Since they are more fiction related that is why they are in “Beyond the Abyss” as opposed to here on the primary blog.

After looking through the years of writing projects that I’ve shelved, I’m dusting off a lot of what I have written and posting them at “Beyond the Abyss”, a side blog dedicated to everything related to my fictional writing projects (primarily fanfiction and some original).

I am doing this primarily because questions have popped up over the years in regards to some of the things I have written and were discontinued for one reason or another. This particular side blog will be connected primarily with such projects like Currents, Like a Dream, and the fanfiction Elements of Song that I have worked on in the past and will post ideas, characters, background that I feel have no chance of being revisited again in the near future. Another web-drama that never got a chance to come off the ground was Rosarito, I may provide insight to that particular never launched web serial depending on which characters/background I may recycle for future works.

In the meantime, in the coming months I will be busy blogging at other sites:
Pure America’s Got Talent (Mondays and Tuesdays)
– Providing the music list and personal thoughts/power rankings on the acts that have come through the show

Pure So You Think You Can Dance (Wednesdays)
– Providing the music list and personal thoughts on the dancers during the auditions and power rankings when the performances are live

Pure Dancing with the Stars (Thursdays and/or Fridays)
– Providing comparison statistics of previous seasons to this last season
– Providing statistics and graphs of celebrities rumored to be on the show for the Season 15 All-Star Season in the Fall

Also in preparation for Season 15 of Dancing with the Stars, because so many questions have popped up I will be providing expository calculations, reasoning and breakdowns as to how I come up with the predicted calculations and pre-season elimination predictions. These pages will be found via the PureDWTS page on my personal blog.

So I decided to change everything out again. So instead of a splash page that leads into a bunch of other mini-sites, I decided to just simplify everything to the point that it is just a weblog. This way if time permits I can still add on pages outside of the blog that will be accessible via the blog.

This is a reflection of what has been going on in my life, where I used to compartmentalize everything and over-complicate matters to the point that I was stressing myself out. Now that I’ve found a bit of a balance, and a bit of simplicity it became easier to just put everything down on one page and throw the complexities out the window.

So with a weblog I could keep ideas up here, if anything new happens in my life it would be easier to post about it… and as writing projects complete itself then I’ll post accordingly.

Oh and if you were wondering where the title of this page came from? It is from a musical – Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ SuperStar – that is playing at the Arcada in St. Charles, IL in mid-December. It is being co-produced by Natural Talent Productions.
